Course Description

Hola! This course is designed to introduce students to the Spanish language and its multifaceted culture. Special emphasis will be placed on pronunciation, vocabulary, developing reading skills, and some basic grammar. Get an insider's view on current events and cultural trends from instructors who have lived in Latin American countries for years.

Learner Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will have laid a strong foundation on which to build their Spanish language proficiency.

Notes

Required Textbook(s): Adelante! 3e Uno by Jose Blanco. This text is available for purchase through the Forsyth Tech Bookstore. 

Certificates of Completion: Students will be able to generate and print a certificate of completion for the course, through their personal portal, upon satisfactory completion of the class.
